Have yourself a #HappyNewYear with the Kyocera Hydro AIR Cell Phone

Sometimes a pricey cell phone isn't an option, and sometimes a long term contract isn't either. That's why we need companies like Kyocera, to keep you within your budget needs with awesome cell phones like the Hydro AIR. It has all the features of the pricey cell phones (and even more than some) without the cost that will break your bank. This is also the perfect way to start out your kids with their first cell phone. It has all the functions they could ever need and you get to control how much data they get each month (if any). Plus if something happens to their phone it's not the end of the world. I personally love how clear the photos are that this phone takes. And it's very easy to use which of course is a definite plus.

Kyocera Communications Inc. recently unveiled a new waterproof 4G LTE Android smartphone—the Kyocera Hydro AIR—for $99 exclusively at Walmart for AT&T's GoPhone prepaid mobile service. The latest in Kyocera’s portfolio of durable, waterproof devices, the prepaid Hydro AIR sports a large 5-inch display and is designed to protect against water, drops and dust.

The Hydro AIR provides all of the functionality and style of more expensive devices, but offers users the peace of mind that comes with a waterproof, durable phone. Most smartphone failures result from water damage and drops, but Hydro AIR protects against those and more thanks to its waterproof, drop-proof and dust-proof design. So there’s less need to worry about breaking its big, beautiful 5-inch display.

With its IPX5 and IPX7 certifications, the Hydro AIR will survive an unexpected shower or water immersion for up to 30 minutes in up to 3.28 feet (1 meter) and the touchscreen can even be operated when wet. And while no phone is indestructible, this one gives you the peace of mind of Military Standard 810G certification for shock and drops, and an IP5X dustproof rating. It comes ready with Google Mobile services including Google Play, Google Hangouts, Gmail and more. The phone also is equipped with a 5MP camera, Stereo Bluetooth, a memory card slot that supports up to 32 GB of extra memory and a long-lasting 2300mAh Lithium ion battery supported by enhanced power-management software.

Buy it: The Kyocera Hydro AIR is available at Walmart for $99 with no contract as part of AT&T’s GoPhone prepaid mobile service. To learn more, visit www.kyoceramobile.com/hydro-air or watch the video.
