And thanks to that non-stick coating I didn't have to use hardly any non-stick spray and it was still super easy to wash-up after I used it. I don't put my pans in the dishwasher because it's not good for them. And with a pan as easy as this to clean I didn't even mind hand washing it. The other great thing about this particular pan is it came with a neat green liner that you place in the pan before stacking another pan on it in your cabinet. A great way to keep your pan clean and scratch free.
