Divorce: Think Financially, Not Emotionally Book

According to Jeff 's book every year, one million women get divorced . . .. . . and many of them will make devastating mistakes during the divorce process that will put their financial futures at risk!

Jeffrey A. Landers, CDFA™, CRPC™ is a Divorce Financial Strategist™. His firm, Bedrock Divorce Advisors, LLC, works exclusively with women throughout the US who are going through a financially complicated divorce.

Jeff has been extensively interviewed about the financial aspects of divorce by CBS Television News and such prestigious publications as The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones, Smart Money, Consumer Reports, The Christian Science Monitor and many others.

In addition, he writes a weekly blog called Divorce Dollars and Sense for Forbes.com (http://forbes.com/sites/jefflanders/), as well as regular articles at The Huffington Post (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/jeffrey-a-landers/), More.com (http://www.more.com/relationships/marriage-divorce), Lawyers.com (http://blogs.lawyers.com/author/jeffrey-landers/) and others. Hopefully you never need this book and this is just great information to pass along to someone you might know that does need it. After reading the book myself though I have to say I did learn some valuable information that applies even to my life now as a happily married wife. There are ways we as women have to always be looking out for ourselves and our children, therefore always being a step ahead and prepared for any given situation. That includes being financially secure in all ways. If you know someone headed for divorce this book will be a great asset to them so they don't have to do all the research that has already been done by others. Plus it will give them insight on so many subjects they probably aren't even aware are necessary to cover in a divorce to protect themselves. The part I was really impressed about was that a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each book is donated to Jeff’s nonprofit, Bedrock Divorce
Fund For Abused Women, Inc. To me that says something about Jeff, that he isn't out just for himself. He wants to truly help women out and not just make money from his book while doing so.
