Community Coffee and King Cakes Review

I'll start off by telling you YES this cake tastes as great as it looks! We recently had the opportunity to try the Marguerite's Cajun Praline King Cake and Community Café Special Coffee. The King Cake is filled with cream cheese and toasted pecans, and smothered in sweet creamy caramel and pecan praline icing. So sweet and so wonderful! Each cake includes a tiny plastic baby that you insert in the bottom of the cake before serving. Tradition has it that the person who receives the baby in their piece of cake must buy the next king cake or host the next party.  The Community Café Special Coffee was a wonderful pairing with the cake.  Nice smooth flavor that warms all the way down.

Community Coffee Company is letting the ‘Good Times Roll’ with its Carnivale Cake Coffee and King Cakes (in either cinnamon, cream cheese or Cajun Praline). The King Cakes are shipped overnight through CommunityCoffee.com with a free bag of Café Special®, which will pair beautifully with your King Cake. You can also purchase King Cakes fresh daily at your local CC’s Community Coffee House®.
