Adding a little humor to Easter baskets is fun!

When it comes time for filling the kids Easter baskets I like to add some traditional things like a chocolate bunny and some other "usual" Easter treats. However, I also like to add some fun to their baskets too. For example fun chocolate bars that feature things like a bunny asking "Do these ears make me look fat?" or "The Three Wise Bunnies" with photos of them being eaten featuring the "no evil" theme. It's those sort of things that make an Easter basket memorable, and of course make my kids laugh. My daughter is one of those kids that laughs at pretty much any joke she hears or reads so it's always fun to see when she notices things like these comical chocolate bar wrappers.

Of course even though I don't make up baskets for my husband and myself I do like to grab a few special treats for us too. I'm a big fan of the Entenmann's brand of snacks so receiving them in a candy bar version was quite the treat for me. And my husband is a BIG and I do mean BIG fan of coconut so he was really excited I got a dark chocolate bar with coconut. He claims it "had his name on it" but I tell you what I never was able to find it...maybe it was etched in the chocolate so only he saw it as he ate it. :-)
