School Supplies for mom...say what?

They always say back to school is such a busy time. And as a mom I have to agree. Shopping for new clothes (because they've outgrown last years) and school supplies can definitely be time consuming and sometimes overwhelming. So why not take a little time and reward yourself for being that mom that does it all? I mean we deserve a little back to school something to right? I know there's a thing or two I'd enjoy in my kitchen that could make things a little easier on me. For instance the Fast Wrap. It's an awesome tool that actually holds your plastic wrap roll while you pull out and wrap stuff. I love how much faster I can wrap up leftovers or snacks for my kids lunches with this thing. No more roll falling out of the box, or the box falling on the floor! Definitely a useful time saver and stress reducer I can use. Another product (or shall I say product line) I'm really starting to like is Superline Food Storage Containers. They aren't your typical reusable plastic containers like Gladware or Ziploc brand. They are actually nice and sturdy plastic that won't bend, crack, or get smashed easily. I like that they have a lot of the same features, like being stackable and are even microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe. I actually don't fly into a panic when these get dropped because the lids fit on perfectly and don't feel like they will fall off if dropped.

Fast Wrap
• Prevents tangled plastic wrap.
• Stores and cleanly cuts aluminum foil and plastic wrap.
• Window shows contents inside.
• Easy to load, easy to measure, and easy to cut.
• Nonslip feet, so wrap can be pulled over bowl or food without holding onto the box.
• Accommodates standard size rolls up to 13" in length.

Superline Food Storage Containers
• Soft, pliable lid is super easy to open and close
• Nestable and stackable
• Double seal for airtight storage
• Microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe
• BPA free

And of course this mommy has to have a new tumbler to sip her iced tea while the kiddos are off to school. This one is super cute, and it has the double wall feature so it doesn't sweat and get water all over my desk while I'm at my computer either. I have to say I'm really loving it along with my other back to school supplies for mom!

Zoku 16oz. Travel Tumbler
The double-walled design keeps drinks insulated and your hands warm and dry on the outside. Sealing is a snap with the press-fit lid. And the silicone holder keeps your straw in place no matter where you take it.

  1. I have never had a problem using aluminum foil but I avoid plastic wrap at all cost. I can never get it to come out right and when I do it just tends to stick together. I will definitely be checking into the fast wrap as it sounds like just what I need.
