I really enjoy adult coloring books, and I also enjoy journaling. Both are forms of relaxation for me. So when I saw this book that had both together I was pretty excited. The Live Fearless coloring book is really nice because I can take a break from coloring and journal my thoughts at the same time. It has really neat photos through out the book as well as scripture to help you focus on more of what's important in life. This has really been a great eye-opener for me and I'm so thankful to have it as part of my coloring book collection.
