Stay healthy this March with this awesome tips from AquaBall

March is National Nutrition Month, an initiative sponsored by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics with the goal of teaching people about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. When it comes to kids, healthy living is more than not eating too many cookies and putting down the video game controller. In order to be healthy, kids need to get exercise, drink plenty of water and eat right by limiting their sugar intake.

I had no idea it was National Nutrition Month, but thanks to my partners at AquaBall I'm ready to take action and help my family get steered in the right direction! Of course that includes AquaBall water because I know it's a healthy alternative to the sugary flavored waters out there.

  1. These are great tips for staying healthy. You really have to check the labels for sugar.

  2. I eat way too much but frankly I am always hungry.. I am leaning towards less sugar and carbs and that seems to help. I am also committed to doing one extra thing daily. Chore; walk; run; bike....

  3. Limiting sugar and staying hydrated are great tips. Everyone in the family having a water bottle helps us keep track and drink more water!

  4. These are all great tips! I try to cut down my grandson's sugar consumption when possible.

  5. Good tips to use every day. I especially can relate to the sneaky sugar statement, I think a lot of people don't realize how many products have sugar and sweeteners in them.
