Get cooking with the 12" Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri

If you've been following my blog for long you already know I'm a big fan of the Ozeri brand. Part of their line that I've had the opportunity to try several products from is their frying pans. Not only do they look good, are sturdy, and make cooking and clean up a breeze. I've actually switched out all of my frying pans to Ozeri pans and couldn't be happier with them. They cook well and stack well in the cabinet too!

The latest pan I have received is the 12" frying pan. Like the others in the frying pan line it features a textured ceramic cooking surface. This allows the creation of air pockets which distribute heat underneath food to enhance cooking performance. Unlike other ceramic pans, Ozeri Green Earth Pans utilize GREBLON - an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany which is 100% PTFE and PFOA free. Did you know at very high temperatures, PTFE begins to decompose and release fumes which are documented to be lethal to birds and small pets, and which can be harmful to humans? Another great reason to make the switch! It also has a scratch-resistant ceramic coating that also makes it super easy to clean. And thanks to that non-stick coating I didn't have to use hardly any non-stick spray and it was still super easy to wash-up after I used it. I don't put my pans in the dishwasher because it's not good for them. And with a pan as easy as this to clean I don't even mind hand washing it. The other great thing about their pans is that they come with a neat green liner that you place in the pan before stacking another pan on it in your cabinet. A great way to keep your pan clean and scratch free.

Buy it: You can purchase the Ozeri 12" Green Earth Frying Pan online at Amazon.
