Certified Steak and Seafood Co. #certifiedsteak

We are big meat eaters in our house and that means I like to always have plenty to choose from in my freezer. What I don't like is when I stock up on meat at a good price, and then a month or so later I go to use it and it's freezer burnt. Which leads me to one of my favorite parts about meat from the Certified Steak and Seafood Company. They vacuum seal their meats in individual portions with perforation between each one. I've had the opportunity to try their Angus Filet Bites, Beef Short Ribs, and Angus Stew Meat so far and am very pleased with them all. The filet bites and stew meat both came in a set of three in one pound portions which was perfect. It's just the right amount for stews and adding to meals for our family of four. I used the meats for stew, grilling and baking and they all turned out with a wonderful flavor and were eaten up quickly by everyone. I also like that the meats are all raised and processed right here in the US. Meats are shipped frozen and packed in a foam cooler with dry ice to ensure that they arrive frozen and ready for your freezer. And if you want a full dinner they even offer a small number of sides and desserts. I keep looking at their cheesecake thinking about getting one for us to enjoy during the Super Bowl. YUM!

Buy it: You can purchase foods from the Certified Steak and Seafood Co. online.

  1. I don't like freezer burn on my meat either, so that's great to know they vacuum pack their meat. I never knew you could order meat online.

  2. The Beef Short Ribs looks awesome for game day! And there prim rib looks pretty delish too, great selection and prices!
