  1. I make sure I give my children their vitamins every day!

  2. Our family uses essential oils to build immunity.

  3. I eat extra citrus fruit and I take Vitamin C daily.

  4. I make sure my girls get their multivitamins everyday and drink orange juice in the morning for breakfast. I also stock up on cold and flu medicine, Vaporub,menthol bath, and soup just in case anyone gets sick so we have it all covered. Thanks so much for hosting this giveaway!

  6. We try to eat plenty vit. C and local, natural honey with lemon. This works really well... It has be years since any of us have had a cold or the flu.

I use lots of Lysol disinfection products, carry around hand sanitizer and constantly have my son washing his hands as well as stressing the fact that when we are out in public to not put his hands in his mouth until he washes them. I at the start of fall I also start pushing the orange juice and multi-vitamins more than any other time of the year for the help boosting our immune systems :)! We also always get our flu injections and this year we opted to try the nasal flu vaccine since it's supposed to be effective for the whole year.
