Share some love with a Bouqs flower bouquet

About Bouqs
Our flowers never sit in a corner store or a dingy warehouse (where they send you the oldest, most-dead flowers they have in the fridge), and they never show up in a van with a 1-800 number on the side. We ship straight from an active volcano or from the sunny surf of California, seriously - we’re putting a little romance back in the Bouq. We cut only what we sell.

My thoughts:
I had never heard of the Bouqs before I received my review bouquet from them. And having now had the opportunity to have them in my home and witness just how beautiful they are and how great they smell I can't wait to use them to send flowers myself. The bouquet I chose was called Fortified and contained bi-color roses in yellow and red. Roses straight from a farm on a volcano I might add! As you can see from the above photo (which doesn't really do them justice) they are very bright and beautiful. Since I was ordering the flowers myself through their website I also took advantage of the gift card option and had the arrangement sent with my daughter's name on the card. She loves flowers and I knew these would brighten her day. She loved them so much she insisted on keeping them in the center of our table even during dinner even though we could barely see each other around them. I received the flowers back on October 8th, and they lasted quite a long time before starting to really brown around the edges a few days ago. We actually still have them sitting on the counter in the kitchen right now. They don't look so pretty, but they still smell wonderful which is why they've hung around a little longer. I think they've lasted longer than many of the other cut flowers I've had in the past because they hadn't sat cut in a store first for days before I got them home. They were cut once my order was placed, packaged, and sent to me right away. Upon arrival I immediately followed the simple instructions that were printed right on the box they came in to care for them and I'm sure that helped too.

Make sure you check out the Bouqs online because they are always running various specials like free shipping, double the stems, and many other great deals.
