And having done this I've found that they are just the perfect amount to keep me feeling good until it's time for my next regular meal at home. The other great part is they are awesome tasting! I've had some supposed weight loss or meal replacement products that were just downright nasty. I was so thankful when I opened these that they look, AND tasted great.
