I came from a generation that grew up on the original Smurfs cartoons. So as you can imagine I was very excited that they came out with an actual movie of The Smurfs. And to top it off I was even more excited when I heard they were going to have The Smurfs 2! It was one of my childhood favorites and now I'm able to share that with my children.We watched the Smurfs 2 recently via an online screener. It was definitely not a disappointment as we watched the Smurfs sing their songs and Gargamel being up to no good as usual. This time he was out to capture one of the Smurfs to steal their essence to reproduce his newly created colorless Smurfs. I won't go into too much detail so I don't ruin the movie for you.
