My Take:
I received the Dinner is Ready Combo ~ Book and Software for my review.  I've tried before to do freezer cooking, but could just never really get completely into it. I hated taking the time looking up all the recipes, then making shopping lists, you know all the grunt work before the cooking begins.  So I usually just double batch dinners I know will freeze well and leave it at that.  Now that I have the right resources at hand I think I am so much more prepared and not so afraid to attempt it! The Dinner is Ready book starts you off with all the basics of what to do, and not to do when planning out your freezer cooking day.  So many great tips, like preparing some things the night before like your chopping. If you have multiple meals with the same ingredient why not chop up however many cups you need the night before if you have some extra time.  Also planning to have multiple trash cans around the room so you aren't walking across the room wasting time, or changing a bag mid-stream. And the recipes in the book! So simple yet so delicious.  This was the best part for me, I like to cook simple meals and when I can double or even triple them for freezer cooking it's even better. With the 30 Meals in One Day software I can manage recipes (double/cut recipe size instantly), make shopping lists, labels, a menu, and even a freezer inventory list.  I am just so excited to be implementing this set into my kitchen.  And later this month I'll be sharing the information with my ladies group at church, I can't wait to get them freezing and making life easier too!
