My Take:
I received the silver EatSmart Precision Pro Scale to test out in my own kitchen.  Wow how simple it is to use. I love that it only has two simple buttons. One for turning on/off and taring (use this to start the scale at zero after adding the weight of any plate or container), and the other for selecting the measurement mode (Grams/Ounces/Kilograms/Pounds).  I am not a wiz in the kitchen and will never claim to be a Suzy Homemaker.  I do however try to dabble with new and from scratch recipes, so having an easy to use digital scale on hand will be very convenient. I tested it out for the first time measuring some liquids for a dinner casserole.  (Yes I could have used a measuring cup that had ounces on the side, but I wanted to play with my new toy!)  It was very simple, and quick to get the reading then I was back to measuring and mixing up the rest of my ingredients.  I even splashed a little bit on the scale and was happy to see it wiped off very easily.  Another plus for me, I am not a clean baker either.
